Traineeships with the heart

In December we received six students from the La Salle Spanish school who chose Messina for a training internship as social care workers and an pharmacist. Assistance to the elderly or disabled patient is strongly felt in the city, which is home to many nursing homes and hospitals. The guys were guests of three city structures, which allowed them to take confident with the administration of drugs, the insertion of drip and the 360 degree assistance of the patient enticed. The guys stayed in one of the houses made available by Enjoy Sicily and were daily guests for lunch, their tutors. The passion and dedication they put into caring for nursing home patients was remarkable and left a wonderful memory both in the managers of the same facilities and in the tutors of Enjoy … we need people like that.

Autumn in messina

From September to November 2017, we welcomed 9 young trainees who chose Messina to complete their extra school education. Some of them are young new graduates who have perfected their studies in the field of research and biotechnology or completed their training in teaching in primary school or in advocacy. Others are young people who are completing their course of professional studies and have chosen training internships in the development of European projects. All have become very close friends and have chosen Enjoy Sicily to discover the beauty of the surrounding area and the whole region. The guys went to discover the active craters of Etna, the beauty of the temples of Agrigento and the Norman cathedral of Palermo. Each of them has left a tangible sign of his presence in each of us and their tutors …. come soon to you guys
